We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate and secure the website, provide requested content and features, analyze usage where consent is given, remember preferences and respond to inquiries.

This website is delivered via Cloudflare services (content delivery, security and performance). When you access the website, technical data (e.g., IP address, time of access, requested URL, referrer, user agent, status codes) is processed to deliver content, protect against attacks and troubleshoot.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in secure and efficient operation of the website.

Retention: As long as required for operation, security and troubleshooting, and for no longer than necessary under applicable legal requirements.

Recipients / processors: Cloudflare (processing may take place in the EU and/or in third countries such as the USA).

Where data is transferred to third countries, this is done based on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and, where applicable, additional measures.

When you use the website, your browser loads FoxScore data for displayed crypto assets, metrics, scores, rankings and related features via Supabase. As a result, connection data (in particular your IP address and request metadata) may be transmitted to Supabase.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing the requested content and features.

Recipient / processor: Supabase (project region/hosting location depends on your Supabase project configuration).

If third countries are involved, transfers are made based on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact/feedback form against abuse and automated submissions.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in secure and abuse-resistant operation of the contact form.

For verification, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address, browser information and interaction signals.

When you submit the contact form, your message may be delivered by email via Resend.

Legal basis: contractual/pre-contractual communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

For this purpose, submitted contact data (in particular email address and message content) and technical delivery metadata may be processed.

TradingView charts are loaded only after you actively enable them (click-to-load). Once enabled, TradingView may process technical data and set its own cookies.

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), where personal data is transmitted or cookies are set.

For the EUR/USD display toggle, FoxScore fetches exchange-rate data server-side from the Frankfurter service. This is used only to convert displayed currency values and is not a source for crypto asset prices, scores or rankings.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing this functionality.

We use functional browser storage (e.g., localStorage) to remember preferences such as language, currency, display settings and, where applicable, whether external content has been enabled.

Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a user-friendly experience; where required, consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention: Until you delete website data in your browser.

If you contact us by email or via our contact form, we process the data you provide (in particular email address, message content and technical metadata required to handle the request) to process your inquiry.

Legal basis: contractual/pre-contractual communication (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: Up to 6 months after completion, unless legal retention obligations apply.

Depending on the requirements, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15-21 GDPR).

If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
